By purchasing and downloading these files, the Buyer agrees to the terms stated in the listing description, store and website policies, FAQs and our Terms and Conditions.

✅ Use the images by TheSVGHub for personal use.
✅ Use the images by TheSVGHub for commercial projects, but only up to 50 units.

❌ Resell, sub-license, share or (re)distribute any of the digital files by TheSVGHub.
❌ Claim any TheSVGHub images as your own, with or without alterations and/ or modifications.
❌ Upload this file to print on demand (POD) websites or use this file with a third-part
The Buyer is responsible for obtaining a commercial license if more than 50 units are required. Licenses can be purchased here.
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [SELLER: The SVG Hub], hereinafter referred to as "The SVG Hub," and [Buyer], hereinafter referred to as "Buyer."
WHEREAS, The SVG Hub is engaged in the sale of files;
WHEREAS, Buyer desires to purchase files from The SVG Hub;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, it is hereby agreed as follows:
GOOD FAITH SALE: The SVG Hub represents and warrants that it sells files in good faith, intending to provide the Buyer with suitable files for their needs.
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY: It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the files purchased from The SVG Hub are suitable for their specific needs and requirements.
It is the sole responsible of the Buyer to ensure full working knowledge
and understanding of how the Buyer intends to use such files, whether via their software application or cutting appliance.
DILIGENT EVALUATION: Buyer agrees to diligently evaluate and inspect the files, exercising reasonable care and judgment, to determine their suitability for the intended use. Buyer further agrees that they are solely responsible for determining their satisfaction with the files before utilising them.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The SVG Hub shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from the Buyer's negligence, misuse, or failure to adequately evaluate or inspect the files, whether such damages are direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental.
INDEMNIFICATION: Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The SVG Hub from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Buyer's negligence, misuse, or failure to adequately evaluate or inspect the files.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.
GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In accordance with the terms and conditions governing the sale and
purchase of digital items, it is expressly stipulated that such items
shall not be subject to returns, exchanges, or cancellations. The
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that digital items, being
intangible and non-physical in nature, are exempt from the traditional
remedies associated with physical goods, and hereby agrees that digital items are
not eligible for returns, exchanges or cancellations.
The SVG Hub engages in the commercial provision of instantaneous digital downloads, thereby obviating any requirement for physical shipment. Consequently, the Buyer shall not be the recipient of tangible commodities via postal or courier services as a consequence of their transaction with The SVG Hub.
