★ WHAT TYPE OF FILES DO YOU OFFER?

We usually offer SVG flies, which also include DXF, JPG, PNG and PDF downloads. Please see the product description for more information.

★ HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD MY FILES?

Files will be available for 72 hours, once payment is confirmed. Please download your files to a computer as the files can be large in size.

★ do the JPg and png files have transparent backgrounds?

Our JPG files DO NOT have a transparent background. However, our PNG files are saved with a transparent background.

★ Why are youR design bundles expensive? I can buy 20,000+ files elsewhere much cheaper.

We understand that pricing is an important consideration for our customers. Our design bundles are curated with a focus on quality, uniqueness and versatility, which are all hand drawn using Procreate, and NOT AI GENERATED. We take pride in offering premium graphics, fonts, and templates that are thoughtfully created. The price reflects the time, effort, and expertise invested in producing high-quality resources that can elevate your creative projects.

We strive to provide a balance of affordability and quality, ensuring that our customers receive not just a quantity of files, but a collection of valuable and professionally crafted design resources.

★ DO YOU SELL YOUR WORK ELSEWHERE?

We have an Etsy store alongside our website. We do not sell our work elsewhere. Unfortunately, online theft exists, but thanks to advances in AI, we make regular checks to see where our designs ends up. We take all necessary action to protect our hard work and our brand from being stolen.

★ why does the colour of my images look different when printed out?

There can be slight variations in colour between what you see on screen and the final printed result, as screens and printers can differ.

★ WHAT CAN I MAKE WITH YOUR FILES?

Customers have used our files to create:
• T-shirts and clothing
• Home décor - wall art, cushion covers, pillow cases, wall decals
• Stationary, stickers, book covers, cards
• Website and Logo designs
• And much, much more!

★ WHY DOES YOUR DESIGN LOOKS DIFFERENT WHEN PRINTED?

We design our files primarily for Cricut and cutting machines. If you are using the associated software alongside your cutting machine, you will notice that our designs are detailed, with lots of "fiddly bits". For example, if a customer chooses to print the design on card at a smaller size, some of the "detail" might not print as expected, as it is simply too small to see.

★ DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS?

We do not offer custom and personalised orders at the moment, as we are busy focusing on adding new products to our store. This service will be available late 2024.

★ DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS AND RETURNS?

Digital items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or cancellations. Customers must make sure that the files we offer will work with their software program and / or cutting machine, before making a purchase. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

★ WILL I RECEIVE AN ITEM IN THE MAIL?

No - Our shop sells instant digital downloads. There is no physical shipping, and you will not receive any products in the mail.

★ Do you offer technical support?

We are happy to answer any questions customers may have, however technical support cannot be provided. Customers need to understand how to use our files before purchasing, and must have a working knowledge and understanding on how to use their software programs and/ or cutting machines.

★ WHY CAN’T I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED FILES?

Our files can be large in size. We recommend downloading the files to a computer instead of a phone or tablet. If you have tried this method and are still having issues, please let us know and we can email the files to you instead.

★ WHY CAN'T I OPEN THE FILE?

If your computer cannot open the file, it's possible that you're missing the required program for that particular file type. Whilst we are happy to answer any questions customers may have, unfortunately technical support cannot be provided.

★ I HAVE Another PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER.

PRIVACY POLICY FOR "THE SVG HUB"
This Privacy Policy describes how and when The SVG Hub collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item, contact us, or otherwise use our services or its related sites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, any third party services you access through our website.

To fulfil your order, you must provide The SVG Hub with certain information (which you authorised to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact us directly.

WHY WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT

DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
